Aptech (then known as Apple Industries Ltd.), started in April 1993, by Mr. Rudresh ( better known as Sir), captured Manglorean's heart with no time.  It started well with two batches (I  was the student of I batch) with professional faculties Ms. Sarita, Mr. Abdul Karim, Ms. Achala and counsellors Mr. Mangal and Ms. Meena. As students increased, new batches started and also new faculties Mr. Roshan Pinto, Ms. Manjula, Mr. Prasanna, Ms. Shyamala, Mr. Mahesh Kamath and Mr. Gopal Krishna (Who was then known as COBOL Krishna, as he was profficient in COBOL) joined. The students were very enthusiastic, I still remeber them like Vilas,  Joyalla  (Who is now married to Roshan Pinto), Anjum, Queeni, Sharita, Geethanjali (Who is now married to Mr. Rudresh), Linet, Kudva, Srikanath, Sunil Datt Manjeshwar (Who had a small bike which was refusing to carry him).........and many.

Those were the days, many events took place. Students organised an event in December 1993 called Computer Awareness Programme which attracted more than 10,000 Mangaloreans which was indeed a splendour success. Events like Apfest (Inter batch competitions) became so popular, they became talk of the town. Along with  these events, Aptech continued to give quality education which attracted many students.

APTECH'S infrastructure include aesthetically designed Training Centre having all PENTIUM machines with WINDOWS NT, LAN & UNIX environment with Generator Backup facility.

Multi-Modal learning process give through grounding in the fundamentals & ensure that learning future programmes become that much easier to adapt to.

At Aptech virtual class rooms that replace tradition learning & overcome restriction of time and  place using video, the internet & personal contact session. Aptech's curriculum has been specially created to meet the 21st century's demands and after construction with the industry and  in-depth research & validated & approved by leading international universities like Open University of British Columbia, CANADA, IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University, India) and many well known Universities.
